Tarab NYC is bringing Queer & Trans Middle Eastern & North African fabulousness to NYC Pride! This year we are centering Palestine, fighting back against pinkwashing and zionism. Join us and help build the power, leadership and voice of the Queer Middle Eastern and North African community!
The parade starts around 25th Street and Fifth Ave (more details to follow), exact meetup location to be shared closer to event, marchers should arrive at 10AM, streets begin closing at 10:30AM and parade steps off promptly at 12PM. Join queers from all over the Middle East and North Africa, celebrating pride and fighting injustice, allies are welcome.
We are limited in the number of Marchers that can participate with us at NYC Pride. Those that register will be guaranteed a spot to march and will receive a wristband. If you arrive without registering, you may not be able to march with us if we run out of wristbands. Wristbands are being enforced by NYC Pride.
To help cover costs, we are asking for a donation of $20 per marcher or volunteer to setup/teardown and march for free.
