Join Tarab NYC at the Gaza 5K and NQAPIA Catalyst Dinner

Its March and we are back with two great events on March 25th!

Starting at 9am, join Tarab NYC for the Gaza 5K walk/run event. The Gaza 5K walk/run is a fun family-friendly event with the aim of bringing members of the American community together to show solidarity with those suffering in Gaza. The event attracts people of all ages, runners, walkers and those passionate about Gaza.

To register and join the Tarab NYC team, register here by March 9th for early bird rates. Registration closes March 22nd. A standard event t-shirt will be provided with the registration package. However, Team Tarab NYC shirts will be made for the event, please contact us at tarab@tarabnyc.org if you are interested in a Tarab NYC shirt.

Later in the evening, join Tarab NYC for the NQAPIA NYC Catalyst Dinner.  Tarab NYC excited to invite you to be a part of the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance’s 2017 Community Catalyst Awards Celebration on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Joy Luck Palace on 98 Mott Street in New York City’s Chinatown.  NQAPIA is a federation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Asian American, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander (API) organizations. The Community Catalyst Awards Celebration brings together community to honor groups and leaders who have improved the lives of LGBT APIs.  Our very own Bashar Makhay will be Deejaying and a 10 course meal will be served.  When purchasing your tickets, be sure to list Tarab NYC as your Preferred Seating Request in order to join our table. Get your tickets today! Tickets are typically $100 but NQAPIA is extending the community rate of $85 to Tarab NYC members.
